At Frank McGowan Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or home accessory is in its original condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging.

  Arrange Collection

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional pickup service; for smaller accessories, you may use our prepaid shipping labels.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
